Harvard Products Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
This warranty does not cover:
1. Installations not made in accordance with the installation instructions and defects arising therefrom.
2. When the operation of the product varies from our operating instructions.
3. Malfunction or defect resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident, Act of God, failure to reasonably care for or lack of performance of required maintenance.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY
Returned Goods will not be accepted unless permission in writing has been secured form the Harvard Products office. Transportation charges must be prepaid. Obsolete, damaged or custom-built goods will not be accepted for credit. Credit will be allowed on merchandise
acknowledged to be defective, or which there has been an error by our company in filling or shipping the order. In reference to the above conditions, there will be credit deductions on all other returns as follows:
25% restock charge on goods returned within six (6) months of invoice date.
50% Restock charge on goods returned six (6) months or more after invoice
